Hi everyone! Here’s a few tidbits of news:
1. As of today, the first pressings of What The Hell Is Wrong With Marc With a C and Normal Bias are officially sold out. We plan to do handmade repressings of both early next year. Thank you all so much for wanting my records… it’s hard to fathom that I’ve sold out of every record I’ve ever recorded, and words really can’t express how flattered I am.
2. Not only is this years fifth annual Marc With a C holiday show at Stardust in Orlando, FL on 12/29/07, and not only will Bucket Of Nails be onboard for this years festivities, but you’ll also have the rare opportunity to see Marc With a C drummer Chris Zabriskie do a short solo set under his own name in like… four years? There may even be a few tunes by lo-fi is sci-fi, for all we know. It’s going to be a total family affair, and I can’t wait to see you all there. C’mon, it’s free!
3. I’ve been getting lots of requests for my albums to be made available in downloadable digital formats. We may have something up our sleeves to remedy the situation in the near future, but it won’t be available on iTunes. No, sir. Instead of complaining about the decline of the industry, we’re attempting to take matters into our own hands. You know how defiantly independent Chris and I can be, and selling our albums in digital formats won’t be any different. Stay tuned for details.
4. New EP early next year? By Marc With a C and lo-fi is sci-fi? Is that even possible? We’ll know soon…
That’s it for now. I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving, and that we’ll see you all at the upcoming holiday show!
Love on ya,
Marc

Owwww. Very, very sore.
Tonight, we did the show that will (we hope) be the main feature of a DVD we want to release next year, and listen… I’ve said this before, but I don’t know that I’ve ever meant it more than now: YOU GUYS WERE SERIOUSLY THE BEST CROWD EVER. I’m not kidding, just deafening singalongs, applause so loud that I couldn’t hear myself at all when I thanked you… unbelievable. I’m *so* glad that this was the show we captured. It was the most fun I’ve had doing a full show in some time, and I hope you guys liked it as well.. or will like it when you see the footage. Hell, I wanna see the footage, but that’s not really my department.

Just a quickie reminder, but we’re still filming the show on Saturday – 11/10/07 – at Stardust in Orlando, Florida for a possible DVD release. We truly couldn’t be more excited to do the show, and you should be excited too… since you’re choosing the setlist! Seriously, we need your votes. I’m extending the voting by one day, so it will now cut off on Friday, November 2nd at 11:59 PM. For those of you that like to wait until the last minute… this is it. This is the last minute, literally. You’ll have to go here to vote, and… seriously, it won’t upset me if you rate the Normal Bias songs as highly as you already have been

(Sorry, polls are now closed!)
Yes, again, that’s Saturday, November 10th, 8 PM at Stardust in Orlando, FL. It’s all ages, free, and we’ve heard tales that Logan Donahoo is going to be the MC for the night, which oughta be a total hoot. Don’t miss out… we need to pack this place with the livliest crowd ever to make for a good DVD, you know? Come ready to participate and turn the show into a dance party!
